Thursday 9.5.24

  • Book a Tee Time for a Practice Round

  • 3pm Shotgun | Par 3 contest  (Register by 1p Thursday)

  • 6pm Bites & Beer Happy Hour  join us for the 2024 Men's Member Guest Happy Hour featuring apps and snacks and entertainment provided by Everett Spells. Players are welcome to bring a Plus One!

  • 7:30 Team Check In and Pari Mutuel Compétition Registration Open till Tee Off

  • 8am Grab N' Go Breakfast

  • 8am Check In On Patio

Saturday 9.7.24  Round two

  • 9am Shotgun

  • 6:45p Gala Dinner & Dancing 

    • Doors Open 6:45

Tournament Details

Par 3 Contest Details | Two Man Teams

  • Will be contested on our front nine. Tees designated by orange or green markers.

  • Format: 2 person Better Ball of Partners (NET)

  • Members can play with guests- a guest may play with a guest

  • Register by 1 PM Thursday

  • Cost is $20 per team. Cash prizes will be awarded. 

  • Winners will be announced at the Happy Hour Thursday Evening.

The Tournament

  • 36 hole event from the Hybrid Tee Box

    • Members over 65 may elect to play from the Silver Tees

  • Format: There will be 7 flights.

  • Flight Winners will be determined by total aggregate stableford +/-.

  • Points System

    • (0-Double Bogey, 1-Bogey, 2-Par, 3-Birdie and 4-Eagle) Pick up at Double Bogey

  • Quota is determined by handicap (ie. a zero handicap must get 36 points to be even, a 10 handicap must get 26 points to be even etc., any less will represent a negative, anymore will represent a positive).

  • It is the combined aggregate of both team members (ie. player A is +5, player B is -4 after 36 holes that team would be +1)

Putting Contest 

  • Winner will split the money with the Tip Jar. $10.00 Per Player. 

Closest to Pin

  • Two on Friday & Two On Saturday

Last Team on the holes please bring in the markers.

The Shootout

  • 3p Saturday (approximately) | All 7 flight winners will compete.

  • 3 hole shootout (Holes #4, #2 and then #3) Start on hole #4 

  • Format: Alternate shot

  • Each team must declare which player will tee off on holes 4 & 3 and which player will tee off on hole #2.

  • Each team will alternate shots until the putt is holed.

  • Each team must use the same ball for the entirety of the hole.

    • 3-teams will be eliminated on hole #4 (first hole) leaving 4 teams.(In case of a tie, a 30 yard chip off we be utilized, all participants hit, closest to the hole determines who advances)

    • 2-teams will be eliminated on hole #2 (second hole) leaving 2 teams.(In case of a tie, a 30 yard chip off we are utilized, all participants hit, closest to the hole determines who advances)

    • 1-team will be eliminated on hole #3 (last hole) leaving us with one who will be the 2024 overall Men's Member Guest Champions.  In case of a tie on the last hole, the hole will be replayed.

The handicap in the shootout will be done via tee spots. No Strokes will be allocated.

  • Flights One/Two: Black tees

  • Flights Three/Four: Gold Tee

  • Flights Five/Six/Seven: Silver Tees

Pari Mutuel Compétition

We have a cash game available for all participants. It is not mandatory, but we strongly encourage you and your team(s) to participate so we can really grow the pot.. Registration will be in open at Thursday Happy Hour and on Friday from 7:30 AM until Tee off 

  • $100 per 2-person team (A member can have up to 3 different Teams)

  • Low team aggregate on the quota.

  • We will play 3 places for day one, 3 places for day 2 and 3 places for the 36 hole total.

  • 25% Friday, 25 % Saturday and 50% for overall winners

  • It is cash only (no check or card)

Please feel free to leave your clubs on the Cart after each round.
